When we start in the spring, I shoot from the ground a couple of times with Marquis safely behind me, to let him get a look at everything. He was curious but calm, which is what im looking for. Next time I’ll shoot from his back.

So this weekend, 8 weeks after I fractured my back, I managed to complete fairly normal activities and so far I feel ok 🤞.
I even had a try at archery, so good to have a bow in my hand again. Hopeing to ride again soon and pick up where we left off.
