The panel description reads, "Art schools teach a lot about art, but sometimes don't teach how to make it into a career. Join this crash course to learn how to make your art work for you with basic lessons and tips on finances, building a company and brand, business best practices, and how to market yourself and your work, along with resources on how to learn more! This is a great workshop for recent grads, cartoonists early in their career, or those who need a refresher." A six panel comic featuring the character Kahna, a small fox-rabbit creature. The first panel is a close-up of what looks to be a very fluffy brush tip dipping into an inkwell. Everything in the panel is in black and white minus the brush tip, which is a bright orange. The second panel is another close-up of the fluffy brush tip. The orange ink is splattered on a canvas. The third panel shows that the brush tip is actually Kahna's tail as she swipes down her tail along the canvas to make a very bold streak of orange. She's sitting on a stool and there are other stools around her holding various inkwells and a palette. Her tail is now a shade of cream rather than white and her body is starting to become more brown. The fourth panel shows Kahna dipping her paws into a soft pink paint on the palette next to her. There is a glob of bright yellow paint next to the pink. More color starts to fill the panel with her fore paws becoming a dark brown along with the paint palette and stool also becoming various shades of brown. An inkwell on the stool starts to become a dark green. The fifth panel is small and shows Kahna patting her pink paint covered paws over the canvas. The sixth and final panel shows off the canvas. Small yellow flowers are painted along the top of the orange streak Kahna painted earlier. Pink leaves and petals surround the orange streak. A few green leaves are dabbed on here and there. Kahna's paws and face are covered in paint, but she has a big smile on her face as she looks at her painting.

A boy cries, “WAAAA,” as his cotton candy goose falls out of his grip. His mom apathetically guides him away while on her phone. Panel 2: A Canada goose approaches the fallen multicolored cotton candy goose and yells, “HONK!” Hearts fill the background behind them. Habaneros

A comic by Narciso Espiritu

A habanero plant stretches across the image, crossing over 4-panels. There are four habanero peppers at varying stages of ripeness, supported by green leaves sprouting out of the same vine. Some peppers are more orange, while some are less orange-- even green. The environment is rich and verdant.

"Every year, I make this sauce..."

"...with habanero peppers from my garden."

"It's kind of a new tradition for me..."

"...to remind myself of the important things..."

"...and why I should keep growing."
