In the midst of the 21st century, the world is finally abandoned by their gods, and the old mixes in with the new. The global flow of information stops, and every region now exists within their own firewalls. The earth tries to wash away what can’t be swept away with typhoons and floods. This story is set within Metro Victoria, where the people are now sparse and apathetic, governed by an “invisible authority” that only operates and functions under gratification. This story is about the people living outside the databases, their identities and records lost to the sea. This is a story where they have to accept that they have nothing but themselves.
