Portland mayoral hopeful once considered a long shot is best positioned to win, poll finds Nearly a third of voters are still undecided and significant uncertainty remains, according to a poll commissioned by The Oregonian/OregonLive.

“In a first-past-the-post environment, Gonzalez would be a strong favorite to win,” Horvick continued. “But in a ranked-choice world he is significantly weakened.”
