For my #proteomicsky & #massspecsky nerds, we used a S-Trap from @protifi.bsky.social to prepare samples for LCMS. We also used DSSO as our crosslinker & analyzed it with a FAIMS Pro Duo equipped Orbitrap Ascend from @thermofishersci.bsky.social for both sHCD MS2 & CID-HCD MS2-MS3 methods.
