The fact that translators, subtitlers, audiodescribers & dubbing script authors aren't mentioned (as if their work wasn't key!) is infuriating but sadly not surprising, given that some of EGA's members are known bad apples re working conditions & rates.

Eine angemessene Bezahlung und gute Arbeitsbedingunen sind eine Voraussetzung für gute Qualität und lassen sich nur gemeinsam mit Kolleg*innen und einem starken Berufsverband erreichen. Besonders aktuell ist dies im Bereich künstliche Intelligenz, wo das Engagement des AVÜ und anderer Verbände existenziell wichtig für alle kreativ Tätigen ist.
