A photograph of two tall industrial chimney stacks which are painted in white and red stripes, while in the background (which has been selectively desaturated) we can see the south shore of Dublin. This power plant is located on the Poolbeg peninsula on the south bank of Dublin Port. The chimneys, at just over 207 metres, are visible over much of Dublin, making them well-known and protected landmarks and some of the tallest structures in Ireland.
