A leafy sea dragon lit up against the dark ocean at night. The small piece of reef was left in to look like a nebula and the suspended sand looks like stars in the night sky, giving this photo a vibe like you’re looking at a celestial creature floating thru space.

A common (weedy) sea dragon swims above the reef in the early morning light. The strobes on my camera light up the dragon showing the bright yellows, orange and purples that help the dragon camouflage in the depths. From the angle of the pic, you can see the water’s surface, 5m (15ft) above glowing in the early morning sunlight.
