Most disappointing drama was #TastefullyYours. I really really wanted to love it because we never get a straight-up romance with Kang Haneul. Sigh.

D13: Boring Drama of 2025.

Did you guess this? This year it belongs to #TastefullyYours.

This #kdrama was just a perfect storm of inferiority. I don't vibe with Go Min-si's acting, Kang Ha-neul should never play chaebol, and the story that was not grabbing me.

Dropped at episode 1.

I was so excited to watch Kang Ha Neul in Tastefully Yours. However, I found it hard to maintain my interest in this show (although I did finish it just in case!). As a result (and it gives me no pleasure to write this), I am voting #TastefullyYours as my #EYDC2025 most boring drama :( #kdrama

Honestly most of them I've dropped were #kdrama

The ones i remeber the most because i had high hopes and felt so badly betrayed were

I don't have words how disappointed i felt...

My lowest rated KDrama of the year, #TastefullyYours. Honestly had no clue what they wanted to tell with this story. Didn’t really see chemistry with the leads, the food was interesting, but not as much as other shows. Meh.

Park Ji-hoon in #TastefullyYours #kdrama. It was a hilarious dialogue with references to #WeakHeroClass S2, where the two characters were enemies at the beginning.

So in terms of *all time* great kdramas, there’s simply no way #TastefullyYours is going to be in the top 15

(As far as I can see it anyway)

But, for example, in the recent vote we did on Bluesky for best dramas of 2025 so far (up to October), #TastefullyYours didn’t get into the top 15:

The fun of ‘best of’ lists is that even if one disagrees - as here - it creates conversation; & if a drama makes a list then somebody somewhere enjoyed it, so why not you? 👍

To be fair, they did include #Reply1988 - it even made number 1 on their list - but the fact they have included relatively unexceptional dramas like #TastefullyYours & #MrPlankton in the top 15 kdramas ever (!) shows one has to take this list with a big pinch of salt 😅

I knew it; Kang Ha-neul is absolutely perfect when he's playing a down-to-earth, grounded, resilient character.

Hopefully he never takes any chaebol role again as he was really miscasted in #TastefullyYours.

1/2 After a great run of Dramas from across my viewing choices, 2 rapid drops #cDrama #MomWow burdened with awful Mom/M-i-L characters and even worse subs (& NO subs for any WRITTEN Mandarin, crippling in a Drama with A LOT of texting/messaging) #kDrama #TastefullyYours was not my taste. So now
