A low growing shrub has produced a lovely cluster of deep pink flowers, set off against green foliage in the background. This is Sheep Laurel. It’s a low evergreen shrub which grows in bogs, swamps, other wetlands, and alpine summits in the Adirondack region of upstate New York. This plant bears a cluster of deep pink flowers in late spring and early summer.
