After a 14 hour stream on Saturday, it's taken 4 days to recover. Today I benched 200lbs for the first time in my life. I'd love to hit 225 by the end of the year. I need to keep putting on weight. #WitcherTraining #HedgeKnightTraining #DnDFit

Been a week since I worked out. Kid was sick & home for over a week. No time. Got back into it today with a short 6 mile bike ride & a new record ice bath. 1:15 in low 40s water. Even 10°F makes a HUGE difference. It was almost comfortable. #WitcherTraining #DnDFit #NerdFit

In the nearly 15 years I've been coming to this hotel, I've never once stepped foot in the gym (I am absolutely ashamed to admit that). This gym is so nice, and I'm glad to be able to squeeze in chest and arms. We'll see if I make it back at all for the rest of the trip. #WitcherTraining

Started the new week with chest day yesterday, a record breaking 25 seconds in the ice pool, then back day today! Knee feels better, tested it with deadlifts & could still feel it. So just more ice & rest. That's all I can do. No squatting for now. #WitcherTraining #DnDFit #NerdFit

Knee is still rekt after 5 days. Squeezed in an arm day, and I'm going to alter my lifting to account for the knee. Quick dip in the ice bath. It was low 30s. You can see the ice I had to break through. Made it 12-ish seconds. Gonna work up slowly. Needs less water. #WitcherTraining
This was just below 40F. Knew it was too cold, figured I'd try it. Got out roughly 15 second later. I don't need hypothermia lol we'll see how much the cold is retained over night, & try again tomorrow. Even if I have to work my way up in 10 second increments. #WitcherTraining #DnDFit #NerdFit
Got a small ice bath as a gift. Set it up, put in 3 large bags of ice. I figured after the water went it, it might be around 60F. I used to regularly ice bathe a couple of years ago. Coldest I ever got my previous ice baths was 52F, after working up to it. #WitcherTraining
Late update. Freezing in the garage. Left knee bothering me, so I swapped in another arm day + OHP. May need to take 2-3 rest days in a row combined with ice bathing for recovery. We'll see how I feel tomorrow and reassess from there. #WitcherTraining #DnDFit #NerdFit
