Only ever seen one Fire Salamander (deep in a woodland in Slovenia) and that was a real "red letter day". Nice one👍

Pleasantly surprised by diversity of waterfowl on Croatian coast recently with multiple Black-throated Divers, Black-necked and Slavonian Grebes plus mixed flock of 25 Garganeys and 6 Ferruginous Ducks seen from hotel balcony at Tucepi. All very distant though #NaturalistAbroad
