It’s so true. 18 months ago I had a huge emotional shock. A few days later I was in A&E with a minor injury, from walking around in a bit of a daze, and my BP was found to be 227/116. I don’t like taking meds but as an ex cardiac nurse was very aware that I needed to take the Amlodipine on offer!
