Two spiders of different species and Families, in a risky position for each of the two, given that the spiders can prey on each other. One, sticking out from a hole at the base of a recess in the wall, is an Agelenidae; the other one, on the wall above the other, is a Steatoda grossa, Theridiidae.

In my basement, a little drama unfolded: #Agelenidae vs #Theridiidae! Steatoda grossa (Theridiidae, on the wall) ran very quickly too close to the Agelenidae (on the ground), which didn't like the invasion and took off running after it.
