This 1st analysis the efficacy & safety of #azvudine vs #Paxlovid in cancer patients with #COVID , azvudine significantly reduced the risk of all-cause mortality & composite disease progression among cancer patients with COVID vs with Paxlovid.
Before matching, the mean age was 64.43 years in the normal group and 67.33 years in the azvudine group (p < 0.001, standardized mean differences (SMD) < 0.001) (Table 1).
