Love the curved corners on this tenement on Harvey Street on the Southside of Glasgow. I have passed it many times, but didn't really notice quite how well-proportioned it was until yesterday.

Alternatively, it may have been painted on with hard-wearing paint, which protected the sandstone beneath as the rest was weathered away, leaving the letters proud of the surface. Either way, it's quite unusual.

The depot closed in 1966, and a modern plaque in the shape of an old tram ticket tells its history and details its conversion into housing in 2017.
