Fantastic time at #EuPA2025 in Saint-Malo last June! Gained new insights into plasma, translational, spatial & #SingleCell #Proteomics. Shared our #PME13 results and enjoyed the beautiful town and sunsets.
Au revoir, Saint-Malo. It’s been an absolute pleasure getting to connect with enthusiastic proteomics researchers in front of the beachy backdrop at #EuPA2025.
Thank you to the European Proteomics Association for bringing us all together for a look at the state and future directions of proteomics.
Last weeks #EuPA2025 was a blast! From receiving the Bioinformatics Award for my #metadata and community efforts with getting the opportunity to present my work, to building sandcastles in the shape of the logo of my newest tool MLMarker.

Had a great time at #EuPA2025 in Saint-Malo! Thanks to everyone who joined our user event, poster sessions, booth talks & symposium. Exciting to discuss proteomics workflows & introduce the new Evosep Eno — we appreciate all the great feedback! #teammassspec #proteomics
Still haven’t fully realized that this happened … on Thursday, I had the opportunity to give my first ever talk at a larger conference at #EuPA2025 🎉Thanks to all my colleagues from @mpc-bochum.bsky.social , who contributed to this project throughout the last years!
#proud
We say goodbye to Saint-Malo and #EuPA2025!
We had an amazing time at the conference, you as well? We are always happy about feedback about our sessions. Stay tuned and have a safe trip home! 🤗 #EuPAFPS2025
Back home from an inspiring #eupa2025 in beautiful Saint-Malo: terrific science, great time with friends and amazing talks in a relaxing setting😎
#EuPA2025 was a blast !
Science was excellent and the personal discussions enriching. I was charmed to reconnect with the French proteomics community, and the breeze and beauty of Saint Malo made it unforgettable.
Another big shout out to the organizers of #EuPA2025 who allowed me to share our recent results with the community, and who did a fantastic job putting together such a great conference of nearly 500 people in a location most of us only dream about visiting.
At the European Proteomics Congress in St Malo #EuPA2025, Marseille Proteomique @map-proteomique.bsky.social won 3rd prize in the sandcastle competition sponsored by @brukercorporation.bsky.social
A powerful demonstration of just what the Orbitrap Astral Zoom is capable of in Thermo's poster at #EuPA2025.
From 3,700 protein group IDs at 120 SPD (50 pg) to 6,800 protein group IDs at 50 SPD (250 pg), the combo of Orbitrap Astral Zoom + Aurora Series is already demonstrating impressive results.
@drandyfrey.bsky.social having quite some interest at his poster at #EUPA2025
We have performed a controlled quantitative experiment with a three proteome mix and come up with recommendations using DIA.
Biorxiv paper out soon (hopefully!)
Hello from Day 3 of #EUPA2025 in beautiful Saint-Malo! 🌊
Come visit BSI at Booth 5 to see what’s new in #proteomics with PEAKS Studio 13 & ProteoformX—driving deeper insights with top-down & intact mass workflows.

Tried presenting my data at #EuPA2025. Then decided to scale things up... Turns out, volcano plots look great in sand and people are more interested in what we scientists do.

Back from #EUPA2025 in a Saint Malo and am so impressed by the ECR talks, and so happy we gave them to opportunity to be on stage and shine ✨! Keep up the great work! You are the future of #proteomics…
Also thanks to my excellent session co-chair @maurinefucito.bsky.social for making this fun!
The location and food will make it impossible for anyone else to ever make a better EUPA conference. Thank you for organising such an excellent event! #EUPA2025
I am presenting at #EuPA2025, flash talk and poster in quantitative proteomics! Come chat about DIA, methods, and how sure can you be about quantitation!
The year of "How deep can we go?"
Erwin Schoof presents a view of the deepest proteome coverage across various cell types at #EuPA2025, using the newly released Orbitrap Astral Zoom. Analysing 40 HEK2983T cells per day, using an Aurora Ultimate 25x75 will consistently get you ~6,000 protein IDs.
Really liking @tineclaeys.bsky.social's metaphor on metadata:
It's like the philosopher's stone, turning your experimental data into gold and giving it the elixir of life.
Congrats with the EuPA Bioinformatics Award, Tine!
#EuPA2025
How often do you get to talk at a conference with views like this? Had an amazing time sharing my research at #eupa2025.
I am already excited for my talk later, where I have the honor to present my PhD Thesis. Are you at #EuPA2025? Then join the award session and refresh your knowledge about #muscle #proteomics!
Like pirates, we spent the night at sea – and last night, we had the pleasure of welcoming Evosep users and fine mates from the community to our user appreciation event in the beautiful port of Saint-Malo, during this year’s #EuPA2025 gathering.
Afterwards, we enjoyed the ECR Networking Event, which was perfectly organised by the @ypic.bsky.social members.
We will keep you updated with further posts covering #EuPA2025.
The second day of the #EuPA2025 conference in Saint-Malo was packed with activities for our MPC members!
Katalin and Svitlana presented their posters, which covered:
1) the use of proteomics in forensic investigations of crime scenes, and
Exciting showcase of the accuracy, speed, & sensitivity of the new ZenoTOF 8600 system at #EuPA2025 today.
268,000+ precursor & 12,000+ protein group IDs from 200 ng of sample using Aurora Series columns & Zeno SWATH DIA on the ZenoTOF 8600. Impressive numbers from SCIEX’s new flagship instrument.
Previn Naicker presented a great poster at #EuPA2025. The team present Mag-Net HP, an optimisation of the high-throughput Mag-Net workflow.
LC-MS used Aurora Elite 15x75 columns for 40SPD or PepSep columns for 60SPD methods. Aurora columns showed 40% protein ID improvement vs. PepSep columns.
Wrapping up Day 1 at #EUPA2025 in beautiful Saint-Malo! 🎉
We’re at Booth 5! Come chat with the BSI team about the latest in proteomics, including the newly released PEAKS Studio 13 and ProteoformX™.
