These features are consistent with a Magnificent Frigatebird (Fregata magnificens), known locally in French as Frégate superbe, a large seabird commonly seen soaring over Guadeloupe’s skies. Frigatebirds are renowned for riding thermal air currents for hours without flapping, and for their piratic feeding behavior stealing food from other birds in flight.
I know it’s a shit picture but I’ve never seen a Magnificent Frigatebird (Frégate superbe) before and it had mostly drifted off before I got a phone pic.

Great frigatebird (‘iwa) –Fregata minor 81”-91” wingspan. Large with fork-in tail. Agile flyers. Females have a white breast and throat. Constructs their nests in shrubs or sometimes in piles of sticks that have been gathered together. Unlike other seabirds, this species does not land on water as it isn’t “waterproof” like other seabirds.
