This week:
• strides – target cadence of 199–209 spm (usually 180–185)
• progression run – easy pace then medium to hard pace
• easy run – 60 minutes
To think I complained about the previous strides having a target of 150–200; clearly a test.

I wasn’t feeling great last week, so Coach Greg rearranged my training.
Mondays are rest days, but today I had to do what used to be yesterday’s progression run.
Last time I attempted one, it ended up as a regression run. Today, it went well, with a 🌈 reward.
