Today's #wine is a companion to the one I had yesterday: 2022 Rouge from Domaine Beau in Toyama.
An intriguing blend of Petit Verdot, Cab Sauv and Marselan - definitely prefer this one to their Blanc. Really quite nice, went really well with yellowtail teriyaki!
