A handknit hat with a navy ribbed brim and navy and light grey chevron pattern turning into stripes at the crown. It has navy and grey i-chord tassels on top because of course he wanted the tassels.
It still needs blocking, but I am excited that I finished this hat and couldn't wait to share it!
Navy and grey to match my #knitworthy partner's winter coats, and extra large for his big head.

A hand knit sweater in progress that still needs sleeves in a heathered blue yarn. The pattern is Stick Season by Rebecca Clow. It has a knit/purl textured pattern on the chest and a plain stockinette body. Set on the body is a single, in progress, hand knit sock with a ball of Patons wool next to it. The sock is in shades of blue.
Moving on to my other August birthday boy, grandson #4 is getting a sweater and socks in his preferred color, blue. Yes, at 9, he’ll also get something not knitted. 🤣 But, in my defense, he did ask for these items. 🧶 #knitsky #knitworthy

A pair of knee-high socks on brown surface. The left sock has purpple cuff, yellow leg and brown-ish red heel, foot and toe. The right sock has mustard cuff, leg has brown-ish red, yellow and light blue blocks. Heel is light blue. Foot and toe are grey, excluding a block of purpple near the toe. Between socks there is a card with print of socks and the socks are coloured the same as the knitted socks.
I still love this pair of socks! My #KnitWorthy Goddaughter sent me the card little after X-mas (many years ago), with no indication if it was just greetings or placing an order, so to be safe, I decided to knit the socks. I think I nailed the order quite well!
