This spirited nearly 7-year-old pup is part of Cheetah Conservation Fund’s #LivestockGuardingDog (LDG) program in #Namibia.

In 2020, #COVID19 travel restrictions made transporting dogs difficult, leading us to explore local options—enter #MixedBreedDogs! 🦴

Studies in #Namibia show these #dogs are 80-100% effective. Since 1994, #CCF has placed over 800 Livestock Guarding Dogs across #Africa to safeguard both livestock and #cheetahs.
