It's a cold and cloudy day in the San Francisco Bay Area...To warm up I prepared a "zuppa di spezzati e lenticchie" (split peas and lentils soup). I also added onions and kale to the base, and oregano, sun dried onions, and pumpkin seeds as toppings. It was delicious 😋.
