Welche Rolle spielt also dieser Wirkstoff in der Versorgungsrealität?“ Darunter die Umfrage mit Endergebnissen zur Aussage „Soweit Off-Label-Use zur Behandlung von #MECFS erfolgt, trifft zu…“ Ergebnisse: „nur andere Wirkstoffe“ 41,9 %, „auch/nur Agomelatin“ 0 %, „Agomelatin ohne Wirkung“ 4,7 %, „nur Ergebnisse sehen“ 53,5 %. Insgesamt 43 Stimmen.
Das Ergebnis dieser Umfrage auf X deckt sich mit meiner Beobachtung: Nicht eine Stimme für eine Behandlung mit Agomelatin. Der Wirkstoff spielt in der Behandlung von Fatigue bei #MECFS praktisch keine Rolle.
Die #OffLabel -Liste kann somit die Situation #MECFS- Betroffener nicht spürbar verbessern.

Mittwoch was anderes/falsches im Essen. Folge Nierenschmerzen, Muskelschwäche, totaler Horror. Letztes Jahr hielt das ein halbes Jahr an! Passiert immer mal, meist so um Ostern herum oder so. Easter conf erence was exhausting and yesterday I was completely gone but today I was able to go to the river and try out my new wheelchair cushion that arrived yesterday and I really liked it

Schéma représentant le seuil d'effort (en fonction de la fréquence cardiaque). Faible fréquence cardiaque au repos, un peu plus élevée en activité, alors que la production d'énergie reste aérobie. Puis au-delà du seuil d'effort, la fréquence cardiaque est plus élevée et la production énergie est anaérobie (sans oxygène). La fréquence cardiaque trop élevée est un danger.
