A male Tufted Titmouse with silvery-gray upperparts, a white underside, a prominent gray crest, a small black forehead just above their dark beak, dark eyes, white underparts, and a rusty-peach on the flanks. The bird's gray crest was flattened--with gel? :-) --and he was looking at me while I took his photo. He was standing on a wooden platform with light brown wood and green lichen on the side, and there were blurred brown branches in the background. Seen at Stony Brook WS in Norfolk, Massachusetts.

A small Tufted Titmouse with a gray back, wings, tail and crest, black eyes, white front, and rusty-colored flanks. This one was perched on a brown branch of a tree during a snowstorm. You can see white snow falling and some snow on the bird's face. There are more brown branches and white snow in the background.

A famous species is the Eurasian Blue Tit. A less known one is the Sultan Tit.

A round looking with a black cap & throat, and white cheek patches, sits with it's back to the sun, on a dark grey, slim branch.
