Printed a "Black Snail" branded pattern that promised it was A4 and USL. It is only calibrated to do A4 correctly so now I must go buy a pack of A4 paper because I would rather eat my shoe than painstaking try to get a printer to scale juuuuuuust right. #sewingsky #HistoricalCostuming

This pattern ☝️ does have instructions for neckband&tape, but this fabric is so flimsy and drooping it didn't work at all. I cut it away and turned it with coverstitch machine, that's why there's lots of threads waiting to be cleaned. #sewingsky #sewsky

A white person’s hand holds a ‘darning plait’ which is a strips of relatively loosely woven thread in various colours. It’s quite bright and colourful.

I’d never needed one of these before because the variety of colours of spools of threads I had was quite vast. But now I’m always travelling, this darning plait is going to be awesome since I don’t have space for all that thread.
