Context-dependent requirements for Foxp3 in #Treg functions. Foxp3 is required for function of newly generated Tregs, but Foxp3 loss in mature Treg cells resulted in minimal functional changes under steady state. However, tumoral Tregs are uniquely sensitive to loss of Foxp3.
