Clouds float over Jepson Prairie which contains Olcott Lake and other vernal pools. These evaporate each spring as native wildflowers bloom around the edges. It is one of only three remaining valley needlegrass sites and is a National Natural Landmark near Dixon in California’s Central Valley. Docents lead tours every Spring.
