Approaching 1pm on Saturday.

1.5km walked.

Another short stroll in Totnes for some lunch.

Heavy compost bag carried to car at garden centre and brought a fair distance from car to back garden at home.

And I've only used 2 #visible_health PacePoints 😊

Amazed! #LongCovid

Ending my day on just 8 out of my allocated 30 #visible_health PacePoints used.

Largely due to the Parasympathetic Swing lowering my resting HR.

But tomorrow's Stability is assured...

Tuesday: my weekly day off.

Yesterday was very busy (teaching) but deliberate Rest kept me below my #visible_health PaceSetter 😊

On Tuesdays I have more control of my activities, allowing me to hold back and get *behind* my Pacesetter πŸ‘‡

Especially important today because...

My morning check-in with #Visible_health could not be clearer:

My body *feels* stable again. Heartrate Variability is back up towards (but within) my normal range and my Resting Heartrate is back around my 'ideal' 57bpm πŸ™

But the cherry on the cake? ...

Interesting to see how, even at my most active, my PacePoints use is at a sustainable rate - i.e. at the same gradient as the 'Pacing' line πŸ€”
