New highway connection! This one will relieve traffic pressure from the city center by providing a way around the city and will also provide access to the planned future university district :)

That’s not fair on those who can’t or choose not to drive though, and we know that a majority of staff live within 2-3 miles and don’t work outside core hours.
All free parking does is induce demand (as we saw over the pandemic) and bake in #CarDependence
