End of run selfie. I have a head torch on, am wearing a white ish running vest. I think it was originally very pale pink but its old. Easy evening run. 5 miles after a few days of feeling wiped out & yuck. But I was getting increasingly grumpy as I hadn't run since Sunday & couldn't cope with getting to Wednesday having not run yet this week 😂 had to use my headtorch! #running2keepthecrazyaway #legorunbuddy #running #eveningrun
[Daily life] went for evening run after work. Start from Lentor station to Bishan-AMK park. Total 5.11km with max HR 190. Slower than previous run but good progress on stamina.

Legorunbuddy once i got home. Stood on dining room table infront of a can of diet coke. My dining room tablecloth is a world map, she is stood near Indonesia. My bracelets are in a pile next to the can of coke and my shokz headphones are the other side of the can.
