Another roll of the beautiful FP4 type 517 movie film through the Pentax 17 and I think I’ve found the best developer for me in ID11 1:1 for 12 mins with the dial set to ISO 50 - super excited to make more #HalfFrameStories soon.

Lots of colour negs from the last year from the Pentax 17 - can be daunting but I’ll follow the same #slowphotography procedure that I use for mono. Make contact sheets, mark up candidates for printing etc - no hurry, this isn’t meant to be a chore ….

“Travels” can be interpreted quite broadly , in this case I travelled over the road to photograph a bench that I’ve been watching slowly decay and get over run with foliage.

#SlowPhotography begins with stepping out of the house and seeing the beauty in the ordinary, wondering what things look like photographed, once the film is developed a contact sheet is made which is pondered over, with coffee, before heading into the darkroom again.
