Roasted #Buckwheat - mission accomplished!

It's not a #cereal #grain at all, instead it's related to #Sorrel, #Knotweed & #Rhubarb.

It's tasty (got a nutty flavour) & easy to cook - 200g Buckwheat in 400ml salted water. Bring to the boil & gently simmer for 10 mins, all the water will be absorbed
