It was freezing cold and absolutely chucking it down, but I had friends to meet in town so I took my (non e-) bike out with ALL my waterproofs and warm gear anyway.

I always dread cycling in the wet but know I love it once I’m out there!

UK LDN users;

Dickson Chemist has changed the formula - slightly less viscous - forming some larger than intended drops from the liquid rolling down the outside of the pipette.

I tap the extra back into the bottle, then dose as normal, still checking each drop size by eye.

unwell (so far). I am still able to function, probably at a better level than my previous ME baseline. The infection isn’t having things all its own way either as my immune system seems to be working better.

Shocked, confused but hopeful.

I’m so grateful to be able to get out to do things like this. Even a few months ago I wouldn’t have been able to stand in a queue for 45min, let alone e-bike there.

My coach has pointed out that with the ~10kg l've lost so far over the past 4-5mo, l'm back to my April 2024 weight. 🥳

Now only 15kg more to lose before l'm back to my pre-Covid

The borrowed e-bike allowed me to go up and visit my old office and have a street food lunch in the courtyard, then run some errands and buy a few things in a shop (an actual shop!) on the way home. 🥹

Everyone was so happy to see me out and about (masked) again! 🥲

I took our friend’s bike (with the same ⚡️ adapter I’m getting) for its 1st very short trial run! (Mostly to check the seat position) 🥳

The frame’s a bit taller than mine which’ll some getting used to but the motor assist is SO SMOOTH! I didn’t even get out of breath!

Ik merk vooral de eerste week bijwerkingen
Zoals dromen, emoties, hyper zijn, extreem blij steeds op dag 3/4. Misschien minder PEM maar dat beweegt door de bijwerkingen heen.
Ik vind het wel heel pittig.

Did LDN make your dreams more likely to feature previous trauma?

I.e. you'd had some trauma, weren't regularly dreaming about this but, after beginning LDN, that trauma oftend featured in the dreams. Asking for a friend, thanks as ever!
