Something interesting about this spider being consumed by #fungus, is that the hairs are part of scuttle #fly #Phoridae pupae. I call these chest bursters dude to the damage the hatching flies do. Some species target human corpses, the #coffin flies. #Zombie fungis cant catch a break some days.

Triphleba flexipalpis...one of a few males lekking on Ivy beneath Beech trees in a wood in East Yorkshire, UK. It has two remarkably large, banana-shaped palps, as long as its face is deep.
