I´d gotten the "balloon belly" (air masses in my small intestine, as a CT from 11/25 showed) last summer, thank God it´s NOT cancer-related. But 3 meds didn´t work. I´ll have to cope with it. #SLE symptom???

🔥Our goal in treating #SLE #lupus is complete remission from active lupus inflammation and completely OFF steroids! However, that is not possible in many patients. In that case, we low disease activity is second best.

いつものように、前日にほぼ眠らずに通院。
今日は普段より少々具合が悪かった。
前日から続いていた腹痛が朝からあり、胃には不快感。タクシーを呼んで靴を履いて自宅を出ようとした時に強い腹痛。
かといって今トイレに行ったらタクシーを待たせることになる。
急いでアルプラゾラム(パニック発作を抑える頓服薬)を服用していそいそと出かけた。

採血・採尿の検査結果は問題ないとのこと👍🏻
後で結果表を見てみると、月のものは来ていないのにRBCとHbは基準値をちょっと下回っていた。

Due to my chronic underweight from #SLE I´d often gotten decubitus at my hips, shoulders, knees & ankles. So my internist prescribed me an extra-soft matress 3 or 4 years ago.

Actually I´m a walking miracle myself, a longtime #SLE #LUPUS survivor since 1992, in summer of 2002 I´d been clinically dead & had to be CPR-ed by the emergency doctor. I´m 55 now.

The pains on the backside of my left thigh got a little better after I´d taken the first ot up to 4 methocarbamol (muscle relaxans) pills, I do nothing that could cause a muscle strain, #SLE symptom???

I have zero idea where the pains come from, I only do the gyms with my arms, not with my legs, eventually I tap with my feet a bit during the gyms while moving my harms, but I do not strain my upper legs at all.

After a 10-15 minutes long massage with my infrared massage stick from Aldi yesterday it´d gotten a little better, I´ll do that again when I´ll go offline later.

Only if I´m lying in my bed at night I get some pain relief, the oxycodone pills (1 every 12 hours) & the novaminsulfone drops (40 drops before I go asleep) eventually work then, but only then.
