The picture shows a chilling scene straight from a ghost story. A tall, round grey stone tower rises up against a sky smeared with sickly greens, purples, and bruised greys, the kind of colours that whisper of storms and restless spirits. The tower itself looks ancient, its crumbling battlements sprouting weeds like skeletal fingers clutching the air. Below it stretches a graveyard, endless rows of crooked headstones jutting out of the ground like broken teeth. Statues of angels stand frozen, their pale white forms watching silently, as if waiting for something…or someone. A narrow path winds through the graves, vanishing into the darkness of the trees beyond, an invitation no sane soul would take. The whole scene feels heavy with dread, as though the sky is pressing down, and the earth below is holding secrets it wants to let out. You can almost imagine the tower as a stone guardian, not protecting the living…but keeping the dead from wandering free. And finally we finish off our picture with a thin grey border frame. Sleep well…..
