Medal (or, rather, podium) Monday. Age division place at a trail 10k. Run buddy was nice enough to preview the course with me beforehand. So, I didn’t get lost and I didn’t fall down. Fall running has officially kicked off.

In my younger days, I thought finishing a #Trailrace all bloodied from #fallingdown made me look like a #Warrior. Especially #Spartan #ObstacleCourse trailracing. If I didn't finish with bruises, scrapes or a sprained ankle, I must not have been trying hard enough. It was #FinishOnEmpty #Running

Would you ever run a clothing-optional trail race? Well I have! It's called bouncing buns, and I took this as I finished the race and grabbed the start sign they were done with. I still remember when someone asked me "where would you even post a finisher picture like that"? :P

Sunday's Winter League event at Queensbury was the muddiest race I've ever taken part in! It started tough, then got harder as the course went on.
It's only a short video, but it does show the conditions. It was great fun though!
