Winter weather alerts are in effect for the entire Northland for Wednesday night through Thursday night.  A Winter Storm Warning covers southern Cook and southern Lake counties for snowfall totals of up to 8 inches along with strong winds off Lake Superior. The first is Saturday morning with rain, sleet, and snow, with the second Saturday night and Sunday morning with snow and sleet.  Temperatures will be a wide range for highs Saturday, ranging from the low 40s along the North Shore to the 60s in the I-35 Corridor.  We all cool to the 30s for highs Sunday.
