A funny sort of run today, I was scheduled a 45 minute hr zone 2 run followed by some 30 second strides. Had to slow down a few times to keep in the zone and chest feeling tight but when I was running the strides, I was feeling relatively ok 🤷🏻‍♂️ #running #strides #10ktraining #corosrunning #runsky
