Pulsuhr mit Herzfrequenz 95 im Sitzen.

Drei Stunden auf meinen Termin in der Nephrologie gewartet, kurz nach Foto schoss meine Herzfrequenz auf 146 im Sitzen. #POTS
Ich musste mich auf den Boden legen, den Crash hörte ich schon kommen. #MEcfs
Eigentlich wollte ich nur ein Rezept für #Desmopressin - habe ich übrigens nicht bekommen.

The #Desmopressin helps a lot with #Polydipsie and #Polyurie and overall with my #bladderproblems, but it gets my #pacing completely irregular and out of control.
I think it is because for some hours (1-2) my #POTS gets better and i feel like being fitter, but the #PEM hits anyway. #MECFS

Das #Desmopressin hilft mir für einige Symptome enorm und bei #POTS messbar.
Leider bringt es mein #Pacing durcheinander und an der PEM ändert es auch nichts.
Dennoch will ich es weiter nehmen, jetzt muss ich nur noch drei Ärztinnen davon überzeugen.

Did anybody with #POTS and / or #MECFS try #Desmopressin?
I could convince my doctors for a try, but i do not know if its better in the morning or evening to take.

Does anybody gets #Desmopressin for #POTS or #MEcfs? My neurologist thinks it is worth a try, but won't take the risk.
She is sending me to a nephrologist for it, but they seem not to know it.
