For once I have finished something on a Friday! These are socks for my husband from the e-Book Knitting Socks with Knitting Daily: 8 Free Sock
Knitting Patterns #FOFriday
Briggs & Little Durasport in grey and stash yarn in red and blue 🧶
A golden yellow cabled shawl displayed on a dress form. It has several different styles of cable, making it an interesting and engaging knit. The ends of the shawl are deeply ribbed. pattern: https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/cloudberry-wrap
Another view of the golden yellow wrap showing the middle section which is wider with bands of stocking stitch bordering the cables.
#FOFriday 🧶 I am so pleased with this weeke's finished object, the Cloudberry Wrap by Lisa Hannes @maliha-designs.bsky.social knit in Malabrigo Rios Frank Ochre. Such a joyful colour on a grey and drizzly day. ☀️ It needs blocking to really make the cables shine, so that is a job for next week!😁
An elaborate brioche cabled crescent shawl draped across the end of a bed. The foreground colour shades from pale blue through purple and to a pale turquoise edge

I missed #FOFriday last week so here's the object I finally finished just before #EAYF - Petalism by Naama Ido in a mini advent calendar from Miss Babs, background colour from Posh Yarn 🧶 #knitsky
A crochet mushroom sprite (it has eyes and limbs) rides a crochet snail along a garden edge. A daffodil is almost ready to bloom. The mushroom has a marled green and white cap with slight ruffles on the edge and a taupe body. The snail has a sage green body and variegated brown/cream/grey round shell.

It's the first day of spring, which is an excellent reason to go for a ride and check on the bulbs. It's also #FOFriday to show off my first mushroom rider!

My WIP from Wednesday. I actually can do a #FOFriday ! The yarn is Lion Brand Landscapes, cut up and reassembled to get bigger color blocks. I don't recommend using Landscapes for an ESC, the yarn frays during sewing up and the stitches are almost impossible to hide. #ShowMeYourKnits #knitsky 🧶
One happy mum, modelling her new socks
Colourfull socks in close up. The main part is a mixture of reddish and orange colours the hem, heel and bigtoe ara parrotgreen.
The before mentioned socks in a pair of flipflops.
#FOFriday Eventually I managed to get both toes on the right side. That is; left on the right and right.
A bathroom mirror selfie with my phone in front of my face. Im wearing, and attempting to show off, a completed hand knit sweater. Worked in a self striping yarn in shades of dark and light blue, with bits of pink too. Its a loose fitting, drapey knit with spokes of knit stitch radiating from the collar.

Its done and wearable! 🎉
A day late for #fofriday, and sweater week.
But I'm still exciticed by, and for, it so it still works for this week's #ShowMeYourKnits
It's lovely and cosy on.
Yarn is also kinda sticky (for an acrylic) so I have hope that my added steeks will survive!
The same vest on the same model after a year of intense use. A bit faded and sagged(the vest)
Green ajourvest, newly finished modeled by me.
#FOFriday my first attempt at ajour. Newly finished and after one year of wearing it nearly continuous. Note to self; even tighter next time. #knitting #MenWhoKnit
A flat lay image of a pair of hand knitted socks with stripes on blue sock blockera alongside a small bowl of multi colored mini skeins of traen and a ceramic bowl with a crystalline glaze. The socks have flecked black heels, toes and cuffs and have rainbow slip stitch stripes, starting with blue, working through green, tape, white, pink and purple.
It's #FOfriday and the Rain and Shine socks for #scrapalong2026 are finished! These were an absolute joy to knit and can't wait to wear them this winter! 🖤💙💚💛🤍🩷💜

A finished Uhura amigurumi. She’s wearing her hair short and a red dress with her Starfleet delta and green earrings.
It’s #FOFriday!
I was so excited to receive an Uhura Wooble for my birthday from my mom! She’s absolutely my favorite character on TOS (Scotty & Spock are my other favs). I made her look like SNW Uhura though & kept humming her song from the musical episode while I was making her.

A dress form wearing a summery lacy poncho (unblocked!). At the top of the poncho, it is very pale green, graduated to darker green at the hem
The same summery lacy poncho on the same dressform, this time standing outside against a wooden gate and a wall covered in bare clematis branches. It is very windy, blowing the poncho sideways
#FOFriday 🧶 And another project is finished - well it needs blocking, but the knitting is done! This version of my Solstice pattern is knit in Scheepjes Woolly Whirl in Melting Mint Centre. Very pleased with how the gradient worked on this summery poncho 😍
🧶 You guys, I did it! Assembly completed! 🥳 It only took about a month 😅 It’s so nice not to have it in the back of my head anymore. I’m going to celebrate for a bit, before continuing with all the other things I want to make. #CraftSky #FOFriday #CrochetSky
Not a single stitch has been knitted since that post, but I did remember that I hadn’t shared these lovelies, that qualify for #FOFriday and #ShowMeYourKnits. I did have a nap and play Loom. A video game I can get distracted from for 5 minutes without pausing was just what I needed. #KnitSky
A woman (me) wearing a knitted purple and black marled sweater standing outside with trees behind.
Finally getting around to posting for #FOFriday! I finished this a few weeks ago, and it is my new favorite sweater! Yarn is @badsheepyarn.bsky.social dk held with sparkle fingering 🧶 #knitting #knitsky
I actually have something for #FOFriday, I finished my Xmas cast on! It came out exactly as I imagined. It feels nice to get to a stage in my craft where I can create what I can visualise ☺️

A finished hat lying on a pale green tablecloth. The hat is a fluffy teal-ish green, slightly mottled, with the turned up brim being a light grey
The reverse of the hat, grey body with a teal turned up brim. The crown of the hat has teal stripes (because I ran low on the grey)
The crown of the hat showing the stripes in teal. They begin with 3-round stripes, then 2-round and finally 1 round.
The hat pulled out showing the two halves, teal on the left, grey on the right. Two crocheted yellow chicks, courtesy of @Jollytoadstool, are lying on the pale green tablecloth at the top of the displayed hat.
#FOFriday 🧶 again! Where has the week gone? I finished another Musselburgh hat by @ysoldaknits.bsky.social this one in Debbie Bliss Donegal Aran held with Rowan Kidsilk Haze laceweignt. For one half I used Moy (pale green) held with Alhambra (teal) and Silver + Ghost for the other half.
🧶 it's #fofriday and i finished my 2nd Teranika last night! it's actually very chilly today so I'm happy i get to wear it! #knitsky #finishedobject #colorwork
pattern: Teranika by Kirsten-Michele Kukulski
yarn: cascade heritage, madelinetosh twist light, & sewrella nylon sock
Good morning 🧶 #FOFriday I finished two of these vest sweaters. One for our son-in-law in black tweed & one for hubs Bryan. Really old school pattern, side seams & lots of picking up stitches for 2x2 rib. Both guys really pleased with fit etc. #knitsky #FOF #knit #knitting
A multicoloured hat with a folded brim lies on a duck-egg blue tablecloth. The cloth has a pattern of cartoonish sheep. The hat is pink, blue, turquoise, yellow, green, red, purple and white in a self patterning yarn which is really designed for something smaller like socks. Yarn is Opal Schafpate Sock in colourway Thelma.
The full knitted multicoloured piece laid on a duck-egg blue tablecloth with a pattern of cartoonish sheep. The hat is knit in one long piece, then folded inside itself to form a double thick layer.
#FOFriday 🧶 again, and I finished my first Musselburgh hat! Very pleased with this, as I love the yarn and I love the pattern, once I had determined I needed to make a smaller size than my actual head in order for it to stay on properly! I even managed to block it.

A pair of handknit bamboo ankle socks in a self-patterning yarn of blues, purples, and white rest on fresh snow.
These summery bamboo ankle socks seem out of place with the snow and frigid temps, but sooooon it will be their time!

A finished crochet sweater, made with blue yarn that color shifts from royal blue at the bottom to light blue at the top.
It’s #FOFriday!!
Hooray! This sweater is so soft and I can’t wait to wear it. I even have enough leftover yarn to make another sweater (with a different pattern, though)

close up of a portion of purple-pink shawl stretched on a white and blue blocking mat. The shawl features a lacy ladder either side of a column of large eyelets
#FOFriday has come around again, and I have another shawl done and on the blocking mat. This version of Solstice is knit in Holst Garn Tides, colourway Orchid. Blocking is difficult at the moment as the weather is cold and dreich and the only space large enough is the unheated conservatory🙄🧶
A hand-sized crochet creature with a teardrop shaped body sitting on the wide end, two small feet splayed in front, and a single large bulging eye in the middle of the body. Yarn is a variegated maroon, blue, and deep burgundy, and the eye is white yarn with a red sparkly safety eye in the middle. The body and feet have been brushed to make them fuzzy. It's cuter than it sounds.
This Wisp was so close to being finished in November, but then waited two months to finally get an eye. Now it can be a #FOFriday project!
Made by me using the Wisp pattern by Megan Lapp of #CraftyIntentions. 🧶 Patons Classic Wool from my stash. Eye by Chateau Bornais Crochet.

A scarf tied around the neck of a display model. The yarn is a subdued mix of teal and grey, the pattern is a complex-looking texture with columns of eyelets.
A scarf in a subdued mix of teal and grey, looped casually around the neck of a display dummy.
#FOFriday 🧶 is here again, and I have an FO! This is a scarf in a lovely (though I do say it myself!) sequence pattern, which has been perfect contemplative knitting during these trying times. Pattern will be coming in a month or two. Yarn is Malabrigo Sock in Persia colourway

Liv is well worth a follow, as is @samantha-west.bsky.social as they sometimes take turns to announce the week’s theme 😉

Took me roughly five and a half hours to complete
A mid blue cabled scarf displayed on a dress model. It is wrapped around the neck of the model and tied in a casual knot, displaying the candy trist cables covering the whole of the triangular scarf.
It's #FOFriday 🧶, and this week I have a finish! My first FO of 2026, and I am so pleased with my Elisabeth Scarf. Designed by Lisa Hannes @maliha-designs.bsky.social and knit in indigo-dyed Shilasdair Luxury DK 40/40/20 (wool, alpaca, cashmere), this is a fabulous scarflette, perfect for Spring😍
A day late, but here’s my #FOFriday
