I normally would say to those that has never finished a #kdrama, its completely valid.
It is almost CRIMINAL to not watch #HotelDelLuna all the way through. A sweeping epic, it does take time to understand...but the payoff will absolutely be worth it. Trust me.
So, I finally started watching #HotelDelLuna #KDrama and can see why so many people like it!

It does have some funny moments, though. And I see the cliche plot device didn't happen? So, yay for that.

Episode 2 - I just gotta say, I was kinda impressed by the CGI tiger. It looked way more like a real tiger than other attempts.
Also, getting vibes that this might have 1) a cliche plot device and 2) a bittersweet ending. Guess I'll find out!

Where Korean dramas stray into fantasy - aside from exceptional productions like #AlchemyofSouls - it tends to have a blended Christian orientation, eg #MyDemon etc, with local ghost motifs or slightly comic supernatural themes (eg, #HotelDelLuna)
