Sure enough, another couple of hours' sleep brought my body into better Balance between its Sympathetic & Parasympathetic Nervous Systems.

Yesterday I rested for a total of 20 hours and 15 minutes, so that I could go on a nice walk.

Not Normal. And this is a relatively mild #LongCovid experience.

Screenshot Garmin HRV over de afgelopen 4 weken. Mijn hrv de afgelopen 4 dagen is oranje (ongebalnceerd, te hoog), vooral door een enorme piek 3 dagen geleden. Normaalgesproken is dat de voorbode van een flinke PEM. De twee piekjes ervoor leverden wel allebei een PEM-dag op.

Na een knoepert van een parasympatische swing verwachtte ik gister een PEM from hell. Maar…. tot nu toe 🦗🦗🦗

Gewoon een grapje van m’n lijf om de lol er een beetje in te houden? Of zou toch de ophoging van de cetirizine er iets mee te maken hebben?🤞🤞🤞
