That list reflects Chinese *vertical* dramas. Like I said, I really can’t put them in the same category as dramas.

And the actual cdramas on the list? #LostTrackofTime is on there because of a relationship between former in-laws 🙄

You will be happy to know that even though I haven’t yet seen this drama (it’s on my watchlist!), it was in my mind from the last time we spoke about it 😊

It’s a rebirth/revenge cdrama that hits well beyond its weight class thanks to the masterclass acting of one of the leads

It’s also one that either hooks you or doesn’t really quickly

I’m watching #BrocadeOdyssey & #JingChao finally made an appearance and, y'all, if you haven’t seen him in #LostTrackofTime, you are doing yourself a grave injustice! This cdrama is a showcase for his charisma and though the story is one of “revenge” I’d argue that it’s actually about his redemption
