workouts有料だしガチっぽい雰囲気だからか、ガチの人が主に使ってるらしいんだけど、1週間ちょっと使ってみた感想的には初心者の人こそ便利に使えるのでは?と思った。
これからトレーニング始めたいけど、何したらいいんだろ?っていう人が、筋トレ初心者ボーナス期を有意義に過ごすのに最適すぎる。私も初心者の頃これまじで使いたかった...😂

Getting back in the gym tomorrow after my rest week, and starting to track all my food with #macrofactor. It's been a few years since I started doing that daily but I think for this "main-gaining" phase, I need to.
Finished meal prep for the next couple of days. Taking notes of my meal plans for April. Bringing back intermittent fasting and calculating my macros. ✅🔒

I finally started lowering my caffeine intake, and I think this explains my improved sleep. I also had 2 days I went over my calories pretty bad, so I'll have to be extra good this coming week

How does anyone consume almost 180g of protein daily whilst staying under 1600 calories?
I’m finding this nigh on impossible unless I’d solely drink protein drinks and that isn’t going to happen. 💩 #macrofactor
