Usually i do have an OAB kind of #neurogenicbladder, but with taking #Clonidine my #ReflexBladder kind of problems seem to happen more often.
Especially when, after exhaustion, sitting down with legs up. Unpredictable. Unstoppable. #MECFS #PNP

Great, my #bladderpain was not my "usual" #intersticialcystitis but an real one.

Using an ISC is unbelieveable painful, but the retention is low, so i will just skip that.

My #neurogenicbladder overactivity is of course through the roof.

I am taking #Clonidine now for about two weeks, i had to change the dosage from 0,15mg once a day to twice 0,075mg a day, before it just knocked me out.
Seems like i needed to get used to it, i am feeling better now and my HRV goes up.

Is there someone with #POTS and a #neurogenicbladder, specific: Terminal Detrusor Overactivity? NDO / TDO
I am curious if that is related or more part of #SFN / #Polyneuropathy.
I know #bladderproblems are related, but TDO seems to be uncommen, perhaps only diagnosed as #OAB, or just #Retention?
