Just one more week until Tatton Park 10k and a 60 minute progression run in the bag. 25 minutes easy, 25 minutes tempo and 5 minutes race pace. Wanted to keep pace as steady in the sections as possible so allowed hr to rise on the inclines #running #progressionrun #onehourrun #polarrunning #runsky
