My Strava summary and I ran my second fastest time for a 10km which is a nice bonus for a training run. My next planned 10k race is on May 1st.
My split times which I think are saying I hit my target paces give or take a few seconds.
The graph I think means I hit my pace targets. Not bad when you consider when people are out running you’re dodging pedestrians, other runners, cyclists (on the pavement) and dog walkers. Some of the time I ran on the road just to avoid people.
My Garmin summary.
Very pleased with that average pace over 10km. Didn’t push myself, just kept it all on plan and under control.
Hit my target for today with my 9km Progressive Run for the end of my third week of #HalfMarathon training. De-Load Week next week, and then the distances start to ramp up. Added on an extra kilometre today to reach Morrisons for some refuelling treats. 🥰
