A Sandmartin in its burrow in the river bank. It has what maybe grass or horse hair in its beak.
Well, small bit of joy on this day, #Housmartins spotted in the usual stop off points for a feed and #SandMartins around their previous sand banks. didn't see one entering the nest so one from last year. Long lens from a footpath so not disturbing.
